Information and consent request for processing of personal data- Information document pursuant to and for the effects referred to in Article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Act), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing of your personal data, as well as the scope of communication and dissemination thereof, the nature of the data and their provision.
This document, concerning the IASEM’s personal data privacy policies, aims to accurately describe how the processing of personal data of users and visitors to its website is handled.

To provide a complete service our site contains links to other websites. The fact that IASEM provides these links does not imply the approval of the sites themselves, whose quality, content and graphics IASEM declines all responsibility. IASEM is not responsible for the information obtained by the user through the access to the linked sites. Therefore, the completeness and accuracy of the information are held responsible for the owners of the sites that are accessed under the conditions provided by the same, does not offer any assurance about the software that may be present on external sites and cannot guarantee quality, security in downloading (download) or security and compatibility with the systems in use

The indications provided below are also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 of the Group of European Guarantors for the protection of personal data adopted on 17 May 2001 pursuant to art. 29 of Directive No. 95/XMR to identify the minimum measures to be implemented in respect of the persons concerned to ensure the loyalty and lawfulness of such practices (By applying Articles 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Directive 95/Xmro using any of the IASEM sites, you also expressly agree to the conditions set forth in this privacy policy. In case of disagreement with any term of this privacy policy, please do not use the sites or do not provide your personal data. Some services may be affected by the provision of personal data.

During the access to the Site, it is therefore possible to distinguish the data deriving only from the user’s browsing, from the data voluntarily made by the user in relation to certain purposes.

Type and nature of data processed

Personal Data and/or identifiers for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Data" means any information through which you may be personally identified, and includes, but is not limited to, name, surname, address, landline or mobile phone number, e-mail address, etc. IASEM’s privacy policy governs the processing of your personal data, including but not limited to, the collection, use, storage and protection of information provided and/or collected by you for the purposes set out below.

Data deriving from user navigation

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties to identify users. These data processing and association activities are never carried out by the data controller. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are used exclusively anonymously and for statistical purposes related to the use of the Site and its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used and stored in case of suspected computer crimes against the Site, for which the owner reserves the right to use the competent authorities to ascertain any liability.

Data made voluntarily by the user

The personal data provided by users who voluntarily interact with the Site, giving their personal data for the achievement of certain services (requests for commercial information, subscription to newsletters, sending of a curriculum vitae or e-mails, etc.), are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or service requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is strictly necessary for the performance of the service (shipment of material, provision of assistance, etc.).

Specific summary information is reported or displayed on the pages of the Site prepared for services on request, in order to draw the attention of the data subject to the processing of his personal data.

Apart from the above specified for navigation data, the provision of personal data of users is optional, although functional to the provision of certain services; in these cases, therefore, failure to provide data could compromise or make it impossible to provide the service.

Cookies

The software applications used may contain the "cookie" technology. Cookies mainly have the function of facilitating navigation by the user. Cookies may provide information on navigation within the Site and allow the operation of certain services that require the identification of the user’s path through different pages of the Site. The cookies present in the software applications used are anonymous and are not attributable to the personal data of the user. Types of cookies

Session cookies are mainly used during authentication, authorization and navigation in the services that are accessed through a registration". The software, used by site and platform, creates a cookie per user in order to generate usage statistics. The data generated by this cookie are stored at Google Inc. any request for information regarding the services of IASEM and to be contacted by the same company, after completing the form on this website;
registration to IASEM services (e.g. newsletter subscription), after filling in the forms on this website

Treatment methods - Storage

The processing will be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of art. 31 et seq. D.Lgs. 196/03. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

Scope of communication and dissemination

Your data, which is the subject of the processing, will not be disclosed - unless explicit permission is granted through appropriate information - may instead be communicated to companies contractually linked to IASEM abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits referred to in art. 42 of D.Lgs. n. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the scope and within the limits provided by art. XMR data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

persons providing services for the management of the information system used by IASEM and telecommunications networks (including e-mail and website management: Register.it spa, Infoaziende s.r.l. S.r.l.)
entities and entities that cooperate with IASEM to carry out the services requested by you;
service companies for the acquisition, registration and processing of data from documents, or media supplied and originated by the same customers and involving massive processing related to payments, effects, cheques and other securities;
entities providing assistance to users;
freelance professionals, firms or companies in the context of assistance and consulting relationships;
competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, on request.

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of responsible persons shall be kept up to date and available at the IASEM premises. Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with your explicit consent.

Nature of the contribution and refusal

The provision of the data marked with the * symbol is necessary. In the absence of this, IASEM may be unable to contact you.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to request the sending of informative material or request the other types of services offered by the Company.

Art. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on: a) the origin of the personal data;b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means; d) the identification details of the owner, the persons in charge and the appointed representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or in charge. 3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, where he has an interest, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected. 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The Data Controller reserves the right to change, update, add or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at its discretion and at any time. The person concerned must periodically check any changes to this page. In order to facilitate such verification, the information will contain an indication of the date of publication on the site. The use of the site after the publication of the changes will constitute acceptance of the same.
