He is President of IASEM and Director General of C.R.O.Med.; former President of  KRAUSE ITALIA S.P.A. today is advisor of the board of directors.
Degree in Civil Engineering, transport section, at the University of Rome La Sapienza. Manages the family business, playing with passion the engineering profession and increasing, at the same time, interest and competence for the Middle East.
Prime mover of the twinship pact between Matera and Petra, organized with the municipality of Rome the Conference entitled “Mediterranean Identity. Translation as a mean for knowledge and international dialogue” that was the prelude to the Organization of the” International Forum for Euro-Arab dialogue” held between Rome, Potenza and Matera; the forum hosted the Arab delegation of Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Award for Translation, the most important Prize of translation in the Arab world, sponsored directly by King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Pierpaolo Grezzi

He is Vice- President of IASEM and  President of C.R.O. Med (Centro per la ricerca sull’oriente e il Mediterraneo).
He is assistant  History of Arab Philosophy Chair at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, where holds a course on the major Arab-Islamic thinkers of the classical period. He has spent different periods as researcher at the Oriental Institute in Oxford, UK and at Ruhr Universitat Bochum, Germany. He obtained a Master’s degree in  Middle East Studies at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo” and at the moment he attends a Master in Theology of Religions, specialization in Islamic Studies at the Pontifcia Università Gregoriana in Rome.  He also is a director of his publishing house “Qulture Edizione” which delas with literature and international essays.

Prof. Paolo Garonna

He is Director General of ANIA, the National Association of insurance companies, since June 2009, and since May 2O11 IS Director general of IASEM. Is Previously was Deputy Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Europe of the Nations (EEC-ONU) in Geneva. Joined the UN in 1999 as Director of the Statistics Division, has held the position of Deputy Executive Secretary from 2001 to 2003 and from 2006 to 2008. He was interim Executive Secretary of the same organization, a position which corresponds to the level of Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations. He directed the Study Center of Confindustria of which was Chief Economist from 2003 to 2005. From 1992 to 1999 he was Director General of the Istituto Nazionale di Statistica (ISTAT) and President of the Conference of European Statisticians.
